Which product would suit me?

For each product we have published as much information as we are able to. If you are still not able to make your choice, please do not hesiate to send us an email with your enquiry. We will endeavor to respond within 24hrs.

How can I pay?

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

What if I don't have a credit card?

We do accept payments by cheque although it will take us a little longer to get the products to you. Should you wish to consider this payment method, please send us an email to cs@gardening-tools-direct.co.uk. We contact you to make arrangements.

Prices

Prices listed are in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT. While normally our prices also include delivery to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, in some instances there are extra delivery charges. In instances where this is the case it is made clear to you.
We may change the advertised price of a Product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order. The price on your order will be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you. If a product's correct price is higher than that stated on your order you will have the opportunity to either proceed or cancel the order.

Images, videos and product representations

We use the most upto date product images and videos that we can. However, on a small proportion of products we use library images that may show an older model of the product. If you require confirmation that the image matches the the current model it is the customers responsibility to contact our call centre who will be only to happy to provide the most upto date information we have.
