Any tenant has the right to contest a termination notice, but may not be given the right to appeal repeated notices, so if this is your first notice, you should be able to explain your position - if you have photos of the plot in good previous cultivation etc then make sure you see your representative/allotment officer and show them the evidence that you're not a slacker!
